Second Day

The second day is used to explain to you what was found from the examination and to give you your first chiropractic adjustment. You can plan on being in the office for about an hour. When you arrive, you will be given some material to read followed by a short video.

Then the doctor will go over your exam and x-ray findings. This is a time used to explain a plan for your care and answer any questions you might have. Then you will recieve any adjustments you may need, given exercise instruction, and shown how to use spinal supports.

Finally, you will be given a packet containing all the information that was covered by the doctor. This packet can be used to explain to others what your care will include and will also be important for your health records.
